AWe offer our retailers style and quality products with competitive price.
 
  • Q: Where can I check sample dresses?                                                                                                                 A: You are welcome to visit us, or purchase sample dresses on herawhite.com. We always offer special price for all sample dresses without minimum order quantity.

  • Q: How can I get the retailer price?
  •  A: After you become our retailer, we will set up a retailer account for you, after you log in our website using this account, you will see the prices and place order directly.

  • Q:  Can I get the pricelist?
A: Please contact our customer service to ask for the pricelist.
 
  • Q: Do you require minimal order quantity?
A: No MOQ is required. You will still get retailer price even with purchasing one dress per time.
 
  • Q: Do you sell your dresses to individuals?
A: No, we only deal with our authorized HERAWHITE retailers.
 
  • Q: How often do you release collections?
A: We regularly launch new collections twice a year. S/S and F/W. But meanwhile, we release new products monthly. Because the design flows faster with our great design team’s support. Join our mailing list, don’t miss our new arrivals.
 
  • Q: Can I make some changes on your dresses?
A: Yes, the changes are available in adjustable range. It might cause the price and production time difference. We will arrange our designer to check details with you via email. Extra design service fee will be charged for changing the dress design, or customize your own dress.
 
  • Q: Can I customize my own dress, and how does it work?
A: Yes, dress customization to build your own product line is available. We will arrange our designer to check details with you via email. Extra design service fee will be charged. Our designer will check design details with you, such as fabric, color, size, etc.. And offer quotation after getting all details confirmed. The customized dress photos will be provided during production to make sure no mistake on details, and the finished dress photos will be sent to get your confirmation for shipping.
 
  • Q: Can the dresses be made in custom measurements?
A: Yes, both standard size and custom size are available.
 
  • Q: How long can I receive my order?
A: Normally we ship out orders in 4~10 weeks, which depends on dress design and the quantity you purchase.

Q:  Do you do drop-shipping? As I want to send the dress directly to my customer.
 A:Yes, we do, when you order, you need to fill in your customer's address.

 
  • Q: Does the price include shipping cost?
A: No, shipping cost is not included on the shown price. You will see shipping cost when check out.
 
  • Q: Is customs tax included?
A: No, customs cost is not included. We don’t guarantee no tax fee and will be on your own if it happens.
 
  • Q:Can I return a dress?
  • A:All our dresses are rechecked twice before sending out to customers. If there is any quality problem with the dress or anything is missing, we accept return for refund.

  • Q: Which payment methods do you support?
A: We accept all credit cards, PayPal and Wire Transfers.
